This menu reflects the way we cook — layered, balanced, and grounded in flavor. Gathered from tea shops in Yangon and grandmothers who never measured anything but love. Many of these dishes have been part of the restaurant since 1992, alongside a few newer additions developed over time. We changed nothing but the address.
Eat slowly. Thank them silently. And when you leave, take a little bit of Burma with you.
